Shipping Policy
It is each customers responsibility to provide an accurate name and address for each order being placed through our webshop, we are not liable in any case where the customer had provided wrong or incomplete information. If an order is not delivered or if it is returned to us, due to an error with the name or address, the buyer is responsible for any fee that might occur. If the customer want us to resend the package that has been returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost
Once the order has been processed and submitted to the postoffice, the customer will receive an confirmation email that the item has been shipped. Once the items has been shipped, LOOK GOOD N are not responsible for items not being received. Shipping time will vary depending on destination, it could be between 5-10 working days once the order has been submitted to the postoffice. If an order is being placed late on a friday or during a weekend/holiday, the order will be shipped out the next working day.

You can track your package directly on the TRACK MY ORDER option with your email address.
In any case the Customs in the destination country impose any kind of fee, the buyer is fully responsible for such fee. All our products are non-refundable.
